1. The service
Otto is a personal health and wellbeing coaching app. Otto offers suggestions for movement, exercise, nutrition habits, optional fasting windows, sleep and recovery. Otto is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
2. Health disclaimer
Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise or fasting routine, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication. Stop any activity that causes pain and seek medical attention when needed. You use Otto's suggestions at your own discretion and risk.
3. Subscription
New users can use the complete app free of charge for their first seven days, without payment details. After that open week, Otto Pro is an auto-renewing subscription available monthly at 9.99 EUR or yearly at 59.99 EUR; billing starts when you subscribe. Prices in other regions are shown in the App Store before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. If a subscription ends, premium features stop but your stored progress, history and preferences remain on your device.
4. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer the app except where the law permits, or use Otto's licensed exercise media outside the app.
5. Intellectual property
Otto, its design, copy and exercise programming are the property of Otto Health or its licensors. Exercise demonstration videos are licensed content and remain the property of their licensor.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Otto Health is not liable for injuries or losses arising from the use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence within the European Union.
